The two ways to book a massage in Beirut

You can book in my private Sin El Fil studio or request a professional home session at your confirmed Beirut address. The same standards apply in both settings: an appointment-only schedule, a pre-session conversation, clean equipment, fresh linens, appropriate draping, and pressure that can be changed at any time.

The studio is already prepared and suits clients who want a quiet, dedicated room. Home service removes the journey around the appointment and lets you rest in your own space afterward, but it requires enough clear room for the table and safe movement around it.

Studio prices and home-service prices

Pricing is based on duration and setting, not on how much pressure you request. Your booking request shows the details before it opens in WhatsApp, and I confirm the final time and any applicable transport fee before the appointment.

  • Private studio: 45 minutes $40 · 60 minutes $50 · 90 minutes $70
  • Home service: 45 minutes $80 · 60 minutes $90 · 90 minutes $130
  • A $20 transport fee applies outside Beirut.

Swedish, deep-tissue, or a personalized session?

Swedish massage usually uses broader, flowing movements and a relaxation-led pace. Deep-tissue work is slower and more focused around areas of persistent muscular tightness. A personalized session can combine broader work with focused attention where appropriate.

You do not need to diagnose yourself. Tell me how your body feels, where you notice tension, whether you prefer light, medium, or firmer pressure, and what you want from the session. I can then recommend an approach and adjust it according to your feedback.

What happens before hands-on work begins

The session starts with a short check-in about goals, pressure, focus areas, areas to avoid, current discomfort, and anything relevant to safe positioning. This is also the time to mention recent injuries, procedures, pregnancy, medication that affects bruising or clotting, skin concerns, or any health condition that may change whether massage is appropriate.

Consent is ongoing. You can request a change in pressure, positioning, temperature, or focus, or ask to pause or end the session at any time.

How to prepare for the appointment

Eat lightly beforehand, allow enough time to arrive or prepare the room without rushing, and wear comfortable clothing. For home service, provide the exact address and keep a quiet, clean area clear around the massage table.

If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, a contagious skin condition, a new injury, unexplained swelling, or severe or worsening pain, postpone the appointment and seek appropriate medical advice when needed.

How the WhatsApp booking request works

Bookings are available daily from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, by appointment only. Choose the treatment, setting, duration, date, and time in the website form. For home service, add your location. The completed details open as a ready-to-send WhatsApp message.

A requested time is not booked until I reply with final confirmation. This lets me check the schedule, travel time, and any information needed to prepare the session properly.

What massage can and cannot promise

Massage may support relaxation and may help some people with short-term muscular discomfort, but individual responses vary. It does not diagnose a condition, replace medical treatment, or guarantee a particular health outcome.

For new, severe, unexplained, or worsening symptoms—or symptoms involving weakness, numbness, trauma, fever, chest pain, or suspected clotting concerns—seek appropriate medical assessment rather than relying on massage.
