How personalization works
Before the session, we make a simple plan: what you want from the appointment, which areas deserve more time, what pressure usually feels comfortable, and what should be avoided. The plan is not fixed once hands-on work begins. You can ask for a change at any point.
Examples include a mostly relaxing full-body massage with firmer shoulder work, a focused back-and-legs appointment with slower pressure, or a balanced session that changes pace between areas.
What personalization does not mean
It does not mean diagnosis, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or a guaranteed result. I do not interpret symptoms in the booking form. If you have a medical concern or are unsure whether massage is appropriate, seek advice from a qualified health professional before booking.
Choose 45, 60, or 90 minutes
Forty-five minutes works for a clear focus. Sixty minutes allows more balanced coverage. Ninety minutes provides the most flexibility when you want both full-body work and focused time.
Studio or home
Book at the Sin El Fil studio for a prepared private setting, or choose home massage if avoiding travel matters more. The same consultation, draping, and professional boundaries apply in both settings.
Prices
Studio: USD 40 for 45 minutes, USD 50 for 60 minutes, and USD 70 for 90 minutes. Home: USD 80 for 45 minutes, USD 90 for 60 minutes, and USD 130 for 90 minutes. A USD 20 transport fee applies outside Beirut.
Request a personalized session
Choose “Personalized” in the booking form. You only need to provide the setting, duration, date, time, and a brief non-medical preference such as “relaxing with extra time for shoulders.” Detailed medical information should not be placed in the initial WhatsApp message.
