What a Swedish session feels like

The session is designed to feel connected rather than sharply focused on one point. I may work across the back, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, or feet according to the agreed plan and the time available. You can request lighter or firmer pressure, more time for one area, or no work on an area at all.

Swedish massage is often the simplest starting point for a first appointment because the pace and pressure can be adjusted gradually. It is also a strong choice when relaxation matters more than intensive work.

Choose your duration

45 minutes: a shorter session with a defined focus or limited full-body coverage.

60 minutes: enough time for a balanced full-body Swedish massage or broad work with added attention to one area.

90 minutes: an unhurried full-body session with more time for slower transitions and selected focus areas.
