Deep tissue does not mean uncontrolled or painful pressure. The working level should remain clear and tolerable, and you can ask for less pressure, a different technique, or a pause at any time.
How the session is planned
Before hands-on work, we agree on the main areas, the pressure you normally prefer, and anything you want avoided. The session may combine broad warm-up work with slower focused work instead of applying firm pressure immediately.
Depending on the agreed plan, attention may include the back, shoulders, neck-adjacent muscles, hips, legs, or other non-intimate areas. Massage does not diagnose the source of tightness and is not a replacement for medical assessment or physiotherapy.
Choose your duration
A 45-minute deep-tissue appointment is best for one clearly defined region. Sixty minutes allows focused work with more surrounding coverage. Ninety minutes is more suitable when you want several areas addressed without rushing the pace.
Studio or home deep-tissue massage
Deep-tissue sessions are available at the private studio in Sin El Fil and through home massage across Beirut. For home appointments, enough space is needed to move safely around the table.
Prices
Studio: USD 40 for 45 minutes, USD 50 for 60 minutes, and USD 70 for 90 minutes. Home: USD 80 for 45 minutes, USD 90 for 60 minutes, and USD 130 for 90 minutes. A USD 20 transport fee applies outside Beirut.
When to postpone
Postpone deep-tissue massage when an issue is new, acute, severe, infectious, or medically uncertain. Review the dedicated safety guide and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate before requesting firm work.
